Warmode Test Rules:

Set-up

• Enemies and Allies are grouped into groups of 3 or more.
  
• Reishi scores for groups are the total of all unit scores divided by the number of units, excluding commanders.
  
• Commanders are special units assigned into a group
  
• Commanders add half of their reishi score to the group they are assigned to after calc
  
• Player Commanders control the group as a whole. Other groups may be assigned to their command as necessary.
  
• This is a PvE set-up. Two players shall be facing a game master controlling the overall field as well as a larger horde of enemy forces for them to eliminate.
  
  Combat
  
• Combat functions as normal with some exceptions:
  
• Turn order is enforced.
  
• Commanders part of a squad may directly command that squad in their posts.
  
• Commanders may issue orders to other squads in the perspective of their character. The Game Master will then simulate as needed.
  
• Commanders may use all of their normal techniques.
  
• The group also has abilities that it may use according to their type. These are the only abilities they may use.
  
• The group's abilities are classified according to their intended use and ranked according to difficulty. Rank determines potency as well as how often a group may use them.
  
• Each group is classified by general combat type, depicting the style of weaponry they use. A group cannot go outside of their weapon type.
  
• Melee utilize short ranged weapons, such as swords, hand-to-hand, Seele Schneiders, according to their race.
  
• Kido utilize no weaponry save for specific spells, but can normally fire at any range.
  
• Ranged utilize bows, guns, or appropriate race-specific equipment to fire at a distance.
  
• When attacking or defending, the group and the commander may use an ability each.
  
  Objectives
  
• Victory occurs when the enemy command squad is defeated.
  
• Defeat occurs when over half of the allied force and 1 of the 2 commanders are defeated.

Caius stood over a barren, hilly landscape, surrounded by a horde of rabid, barely tempered hollows with cracked masks and disfigured forms. They were of varying sizes and shapes, and each held a thirst for blood that was unquenchable.

Ahead of him were a series of more organized defenders, seeking to halt the advance. He was tasked with their annihilation, it was as simple as that, and with how rag-tag they looked even compared to the horde he barely had control over, he was unimpressed, but did not wish to underestimate the two, stronger enemies he had to face.

A shinigami and, most strangely, a lone human. One bore the look of a captain, of what squad, he could care less, the other was odd to his senses, and made him wary.

The hollows were grouped mostly randomly and placed widely around the landscape, overwhelming in the scale of their numbers. Behind him lay yet more, ready to charge into the fray in a moment, and from this vantage he had secured, he could lay waste to the enemy with ease. Surely they knew that...

"And yet they'll inevitably resist. How tiresome..." Caius commented aloud to himself with a dull expression.

[Asuna]

Asuna stood before the men of the 11th squad that had been placed under her care, these men were sould she once faught beside as one of thire own. Now she needed thire stregnth more than ever, she had been tasked to defend the current position to the last, these men knew as well as she that they were out numbered. Oddly enough a group of quincies and a lone woman had taken up the fight beside her.

Without a hesitation asuna thrust her arm out revealing a long blade . Holding it before her she muttered a single phrase into the still air. "Bankai".

In a vibrant display of ice a large pillar grew from her location before shattering into nothing but harmless snow covering a vast area around her. The men of the 11th drew blades standing shoulder to shoulder holding thire blades before them. These men were battle hardened, and they knew they could give no quarter. Rage filled each as he stared at the hollows who dared stand before them.

Violet was not enjoying this situation at all, not only had she been dragged out here just to settle some matter over territory in a wasteland, but she had been locked into a group of just girls. Glamour Girls as they were titled, with their stark white outfits, pristine pressed garments as they were, and a verity of lengths of hair all looking ready for war and getting in her way. The walk had been too long, the company was horrid, and they only thing that seemed to help her stand out was her extremely loud outfite. A red and orange skin tight dress that both resembled a flower of the tropical type, as well as made you wonder how it even staid on. Her pink hair pulled in the loose pig tails, big red beads holding the hair in two sections while laying against her slender and delicate form. And her crimson colored eyes colors showed how bored she was as she moved into the front of the line with the other girls recoiling at the mass of the army. If only for the twisted forms these hollows took, for none of them felt pity of any kind. Just knew that their mission was to put them DOWN.

Vi found her self standing on the hill tops with the Glamour Girls and looking down on what she knew by now to be shinigami. It would appear the second group sent to deal with this nuisance was already hear. At this time, the leader, a woman apparently, screamed out 'Bankai' and before Vilolet had time to roll her eyes at yet another female presence on the board, a pillar of ice formed. And then shattered, creating a snow fall which reached out to even her, and the young woman looked even more annoyed than she had since the start of this trip. "You have got to be kidding me.." She said, only to take a few more steps to assess the rest of the battle field.

Hollows.. Lots and lots of hollows. She immediately understood why she was called into this fight, as she was just the girl to deal with multiple enemies. But she didn't yet realize how wrong that self-assessment was until she got a look at who commanded this army. Her heart thumped especially hard against her chest when her eyes landed on one magnificent man at the end. His outfit, while much more subtle than her's, made him stand out just as much as she did. More so because he was a humanoid looking figure. "Who's that~?!" She sang, with full intention. And her closest strike force members could only roll their eyes at her. Her violent temper was not the only thing she was rumored to have, it was amazing how quickly she fell for the opposite sex.

But.. Her attention was on the prize. And that's all that counted, right?

"Immediately using your bankai, captain?" Caius murmured to himself with a sigh of irritation, watching the ice and snow fall around the field and covering it white. As if the barren wasteland that bore no living tree or blade of green grass wasn't bad enough to Caius, he now had to watch as the shinigami captain made it winter. Despite his momentary annoyance, he gleamed part of what she was truly attempting, and noted that this could be more challenging than he first believed.

With his studious violet eye, he noted the position of each group of enemies before they were too obscured from his sight, and then charged a cero. With no movement whatsoever, the glowing sphere of reiatsu appeared beside him. With a simple nod and a transferred thought, he commanded the horde to sally forth, their violent, ravenous assault shaking the ground beneath them as they swarmed forth.

It would be only mere minutes before the first few groups were upon the allies now, with many more on their way to overwhelm them. They knew little else in tactics.

[Asuna]

Asuna watched the hollow begin to advance upon the small group. thrusting her blades into the ground before her she slowly gathered reishi "Frozen wards." she muttered quietly as she formed six small icicles in her hands that she threw with no ceremony across the battlefield the icicles stuck to the ground. She could see a a cero charging in the distance. "Spread out and wait for further orders, if engaged feel free to use force." She said calmly waiting for the hollows to get closer.

Violet whined out a breath of hot air in the cool atmosphere, as she got the very clear picture that the attractive man on the other end of the battle field was not her alley but her enemy.. Mostly because he was on the other side of the battlefield, and also because one of the girls had burst her heart-shaped bubble, telling her that he was her objective. And then had to explain that it wasn't that kind of objective when she smiled and blushed playfully. Now she was pouting in frustration as even the snow was making her life hard.

She waved the woman off. "Keep to the high ground, and do what you do best. Hold them at bay, keep them pinned, and cover me." She instructed, talking to all of them as a whole. She turned her back to the oncoming hollows and twisted her finger in the air to show she meant everyone. "Keep low, uses the snow as camouflage and a curtain to keep veiled. Focus on the cannon fodder and backing up our guys." She gave a motion to the swordmen the other girl was commanding. "If I go down, back off, regroup." She added but none of it was needed. If she went down, they would do that on their own.

She broke rank to slide down the hill towards the melee units and their commander. It was difficult given she could only do so much to get there quickly and rightly. Her partner in this war apparently thought herself to be important enough to make battlefield decisions without considering the idea that the other units would be hindered by this choice as well.

She worried that using her Soul Pulse might be a waste in the winter wonderland, but decided to take advantage of the lack of visual to at least get away from her rangers.

The other groups of allies had already taken positions, the Quincy swordsmen up front though further back than the Shinigami's frontliners, while the Kido squad took up the rear. They heard the human's orders and were confused, at the start, that suddenly she was the one giving commands, but took heed regardless, readying for the heated onslaught to come.

Caius released his mental hold on the cero, firing it in the direction of the shinigami swordsmen that he remembered the location of prior to the field becoming obscured. He would light a beacon for his hollows to home in on. As the cero soars ahead, it breaks off into a multitude of smaller beams that crash down on the group in a wave, creating a wall of blue flames to engulf them.

As if drawn to the sudden light in the snow storm that sprung up so quickly, they began to swarm and encircle Strike 1, rushing forth and lashing out with claw and fang once they managed to get in range.

Commander Ability Used:

Asuna expected the cero and was pleased she had had her men spread out, She wasnot surprised to hear the sound of explosions as the cero broke into several other beams and impacted the ground where her men had been not just moments before. With the battle beginning, and the men of the 11th ordered to hold their ground Asuna quickly joined in the fray, swinging her blades rapidly at any hollows who dared get within range of their icy touch.

Over the sounds of the battle her voice could be heard "Kido corps! can you send a bit of fire behind their main lines to thin the tide of reinforcements?"

She didnt wait for a reply before charging a small ammount of reishi into her blades and launching ten blades of ice at the hollow leader.

wrath of the frozen moon:

Among the falling snow, now cero was falling from the sky, like a winter festival firework show back home, except instead of a pleasant field covered in the white stuff of joy and angel tears, she was swiftly running through what essentially was a mini blizzard. It had its advantages, she supposed, and maybe it was good for something, but she'd argue against it til she was blue in the face. And with the frosty flakes melting against her skin that might not be too far off.

As she narrowly dodged cero she navigated her way to where the shinigami had been. Which was all kinds of bad ideas given it was ground zero for the attractive hallow's cero. She was quick, and managed to dodge almost everything she stumbled upon. The same could not be said for her flowing outfit which now had a nice singed hole through the sleeve while others were crispy where the cero burned the silk.

Only to find that the team of heavily armed shinigami were gone. She saw the shadows of other people, and when investigated she met with the Quincy Seele Squad. With the distraction of the male arrancar, she didn't have time to notice anyone that may have met her prior standards. Instead, activated her Soul Pulse, going from a firey red flower to a peaceful looking nymph. Her body seemed smaller, antlers graced her head full of green hair, and the pale green skin was  only covered up by pure white moss clothing. She stared out with light, almost nonexisting irises and pupils, green eyes as she moved into the ranks.

While the bulk of the battle went to the shinigami, a few disfigured hollows broke the line and were now fighting these quincy. She summons her "Naked Lady" rapier and joins in the combat, stabbing at a distracted and flanking enemy before the quincy finishes him off. Her voice was different as well as she turned to him, it was hard to hear under the wind of the icy veil, but she clenched her fist as she said: "We have to advance. Follow me~!" She then turned to face the enemy that swarmed the area, waiting for an opening to take while she prepared to defend herself from the horde.

Naked Lady Rapier:

The sharpshooters atop the hill began laying down a suppressing barrage of arrows and bolts from above, attempting to stem the tide of hollows with mild success, as they sniped several in their reckless charge. The kido squad began chanting in a low tone, focusing their energy onto an unknown spell.

Caius looked unimpressed with the so called clever tactics that the Shinigami captain put on display, and reacted similarly when the human female seemingly transformed into something different than what he was used to sensing. As the icy blades honed in on him, he did little to react, with three orbs appearing in an instant around him. As they neared, Caius swung in a single fluid motion, striking each blade down with a hastily conjured sword and casting chunks of ice flying harmlessly around him. The captain was cheeky, for certain, Caius noted as the cold snow begun to sap heat away from him. He noted out of boredom that he perhaps should have brought a heavier robe.

He resumed his vigil, returning the blade to the nothingness it came from as the orbs around him continued to grow in intensity. He noted the movements of the Shinigami and now the Quincies wielding blades of reiatsu and slicing through his hollows with relative ease thus far.

With a commanding thought shot out to the other bestial hollows nearby, the remaining hollows that were around him began to charge ceros of their own, readying a devastating barrage to rain down upon the defiant warriors.

Though the groups of hollows were being cut down one after another with no notable casualties sustained yet on the allied front, it would only be a matter of time. Reinforcing hollows swarmed over the ridge line to the fighters below, constantly applying pressure upon the spread out defenders.

Then, in an instant, the sky above them glowed brightly as a hail of ceros poured down around them, slicing into any underneath them and tearing the ground apart with violent detonations. In the same instant, under suppressing fire and pressure from the hollows, Caius took aim and sniped at the oncoming Quincies with the three ceros he had charged. They were blindingly fast and small, almost blending with the snowstorm as they flew in at his unsuspecting victims, and though they were accurate, his ability to sense his targets was still suspect from the odd effects of the reiatsu-infused snow storm.

Cero Horadar (Piercing Hollow Flash):

Asuna slowly advanced through the grunt hollows  feeling the snow dissipating, as she went, however the effects of her wards was still making the slugfest far easier on her body, the cooled air was refreshing

She could not feel the cero's coming towards the shinigami, however she was hoping that the snow would obscure any aim just enough to evade them should such an attack come in.

her instincts proved right as cero rained from above like fire and brimstone, explosions rocked the ground with each blast, she couldent tell how many if any of her troops were still alive.

Charging more reishi into her blades she swung the pair of weapons  at the hollow leader once more unleashing a massive barrage of icy shards

she was hoping that the kido corps would know where to fire for maximum effect, however if they could clear just enough of a path to get her close to the leader hollow she had a plan

Violet could see that the tide of the snow was starting to wind down, if only because she knew what the end of a storm looked like in real life. Real Life meaning back home in her warm cubby hole of a house with her hot chocolate and just watching the weather as she thought about her life choices and after life choices..

None were filled with regret, much.

She stabbed into another monster, dealing another final blow as she narrowly dodged another. She felt the pressure of being on a battlefield begin to settle in, praying her reflexes were enough to keep her alive long enough to work on them later. She decided after stabbing through the next one, that she wanted more distance between them and her; and less between her and the very well dressed arrancar that commanded them.

But the numbers were taking their toll, and she wasn't used to also commanding a squad of people. She replaced her rapier with her Sugar Cane Pole-Arm with a few seconds to spare before the explosions began.

She assumed later than this fight that it was the snow that helped her chances to survive, but she'd never say thank you.

She was thrown further into the fray by the raining cero attack, she was sure if she'd stayed in place she would have been a goner. She dared not look back, she only hoped that the quincy were just as lucky as her, or they pulled back with their keen senses warning them this would happen. She just pulled herself out of the snow and spat at the fallen hallow nearest of her. "That's it." She complained, pulling her even smaller and thinner frame off the ground and looking around. A quincy in her command was already coming over to help her up. She batted her eyes and thanked him, but then turned away from him with a look of frustrastion. When she looked back, she was all smiles again. "Keep me covered for a moment boys, we need to take care of the masses. I have a date with that hunky hollow~!" This confused him, but he followed his orders, taking a shaky defensive position as it was not his forte.

Violet grabbed the pole, moved a little ways away from the defending quincy so not to hit him with it, and then lifted herself to her toes. It was irrelevant that she had no toe shoes on, she was at best hovering above the solid ground. She brought her hands together onto the pole, and then using one leg began to kick and spin, kick, and spin, kick, and spin. From her golden colored balls of pollen, infused with her reiki, were summoned. Her moss skirt lifted as she did, making her look like a fairy ballerina. It was the only thing she'd learned from class before demanding it was too hard.

Where the pollen came from was hard to decipher because the lights came from every part of her, and then drifted rather quickly towards everyone. She was roughly the center of the battlefield now, a bit closer to Caius if anything, and as she danced her silly dance the whole battle field was covered in her pollen. Quickly taking the effect she wanted. By the time she stopped, sneezes were already erupting from everyone around her, even her allies. She still regretted nothing. She brought the polearm to an attack position, and smacked on of the smallest hollows so hard she should have yelled 'four' to go with it. Instead, she yelled: "While I have them distracted, advance!" She said, then lead her sneezing quincy swordsmen towards the leader of the other side.

No one was disabled, but their effectiveness was brought down, and it didn't combo too badly with the snow. But Violet would make sure other people knew that later.

The cero barrage momentarily dazed the squads they fell upon, but due to the snow field's affect, their accuracy was thankfully off. While one of the sharpshooters was caught in the hailstorm, most made it out intact.

The Sharpshooters in turn returned fire with a blistering flurry of fiery beams upon the hillside, slicing down an entire group of hollows emerging to reinforce their brethren.

Caius noted the odd yellow fog growing around the battlefield from the dancing... human? He supposed it was still that human, but a dancing leafy entity might be more accurate given her current appearance. She was charging at him and cutting through the hollows with more ease than before, and he quickly surmised that it was the prior dance's doing. Releasing some of his reiatsu, he pushed the yellow pollen away from him, his body emanating a violet flame-like aura as a result.

Still, he couldn't account for every hollow, which seemed further weakened by the pollen's effect. As if the winter weather wasn't a bother enough, it seems these irritants enjoy adding more obstacles in his way. With a motion, he cut down the icy barrage with hastily formed balas, swatting them out of the air before they became threatening.

As the wind began to pick up and whistled around his ears, and the cries of the hollows and soldiers alike resounded around the battlefield and the bodies and dirt appeared to be one in the same, Caius deemed he had just about enough of this.

Above him, a massive orb took shape, gathering energy like a spiral and screaming, louder than the cries of the defiant fighters in their attempts to hold back the tide. The black orb with the white swirling tendrils that seemed to be absorbed into it was ever growing larger, drawing in the snow, pollen, dirt and obliterating them all as it became increasingly imposing.

With a thought, another, albeit smaller barrage of ceros came crashing down upon the fighters as the bodies of hollows began piling up around them. Though, to Caius's surprise even, a beam of yellow, thundering energy surged forth and cut a massive swathe through the horde straight towards him. While he deflected the kido with ease when it cut a path towards him, those caught in its wake were less fortunate, cutting a clearer path for the nymph-like creature to surge forth and weakening a flank for the other Shinigami. Caius directed reinforcing groups to surge forward from the ridge line he stood upon.
(About 4 groups of hollows have been eliminated in total, with others suppressed or in-combat. Reinforcements are on the ridge line near Caius.)

[Asuna]

Asuna was getting irritated by the lack of progress they were making she could hear a scream of pain coming from one of her shinigami, she had a gut wrenching feeling one of the cero had ripped the man apart. Her feeling was confirmed by a leg flying overhead.

"Full charge!" Asuna yelled out between sneezes as she used shunpo to close the gap to the hollow leader, the large orb of cero growing overhead.
The two remaining men of the 11th squad, both hurt but not terrebly bad. Took up blades charging towards the hollow center lines swinging only when nessessary to stop an attack or to kill something before them

Asuna hoped the kido users behind the battle lines were handling well and she was pleased to see the large yellow beam cut a swath od death through one of the flanks. Providing her allies a chance to advance on the lead hollow before the reinforcements varrived however she knew that the main enemy was the hollow standing not far from her. As she drew close thanks to her shunpo she began gathering a vast ammount of reishi

Violet was snapping her sugar cane pole down one masked head after another, sweeping the sneezing hollows to the side and making her way along with the quincy that had stacked with her.

But she was fighting up hill in the snow. Both ways. LITERALLY! That was the bizarre part of this..

That was until a streak of yellow light sliced through untold amounts of the hollows and carved a nice path right in front of her. And when an untold circumstance paved the way to a man, who was Violet to refuse destiny's gift? She smiled, someone was definitely telling her it was time to meet the man of the hour, and she just hoped he liked to dance~! "Yes, sir~" She sang, then bashed the head into the hollow coming at her with a resounding crack even among the fallen foes and that screaming cero.

She looked back at her soldiers, they were tired. Not at all used to taking down trash after trash units. "See that, boys~! Lets work on are cardio." She announced, then held out her pole like a baton, before leading the way in a full rush.

The line in the units stayed wide open for the most of the trip, she only had to deal with a few of the hollows towards the middle of her speedy charge. She realized just short of him that she needed a plan as she doubt he'd fall for her charms while in the middle of battle, so she fell back to announce her plan, only remembering such a moment before it came out of her mouth. "Sprenger Rush." She simply said, then staid in formation from there, following them and protecting them from the hollows that seemed to notice there was a large space where bodies were just stepping stones to someone assaulting the leader. She chose to revert back to her Naked Lady Rapier, as she felt she'd have more control with it as they raced for the top.

Vi would stay with the quincy until they began to spread out to surround him for the Sprenger Rush, then she would break the formation to FLASH STEP with her readied rapier to both attempt to pierce his perfect chest as well as distract him from her quincy's formation.

[[ I don't know if I am allowed to say they do the thing, but if so, they do the Sprenger Rush while I'm potentially distracting him and/or piercing his chest. ]]

As if on-cue for the Shinigami charge, the kido squad began pinning hollows in place one group after another with beams of yellow energy, while Quincy Sharpshooters managed their best to snipe a few before the two held fire and began charging an attack of their own, not to be shown up by some Shinigami mages.

Caius, however, grew increasingly irritated as his hollows ran forth to assault the Quincy bladesmen in a bloody melee, noting their attempts to surround him. Though, he was busy enough having to block the human who, in her infinite impunity, tried to run him through with a rapier. With a hastily conjured sword in hand, he parried the incoming rapier and went to strike, all while keeping a tenuous hold on the cero floating ominously above him. To add to the white swirls of energy and the debris kicked up from battle, his violet reiatsu began to feed into it more, increasing its already terrifying size as it loomed over the battlefield with a screaming menace.

The hollows, now recovering from their daze of being electrocuted with reishi, poured forth past the gouge in the land and their bloody fallen comrades to counteract the charge that the Shinigami brought forth and to outflank the Quincy skirmishers that boldly sallied forth against the tide.

[Asuna]

Asuna knew she was in range now, the massive cero was getting larger and larger. the screaming cero was hurting her ears reminding her of an anime she watched as a young girl where the ball destroyed entire planets.

Unleashing nearly all of her remaining reishi in a flash of white a massive portion of the battlefield was instantly replaced with an icy forest, tree's made of ice filled the area, in the center near caius vi and asuna was a icy coffin, with a icy corpse that looked unmistakably like asuna. the solid ice corpse had numerous wounds in its chest.

Asuna dropped to one knee, using her long daikatana to steady herself, even with her wards active this technique was one that drained nearly everything from her.

The pair of remaining shinigami stepped into the forest wondering what had just happened, however these men were battle hardened and knew that they had to keep the overwhelming tide of grunts away from the trio of commanders, both men settled in and prepared for thire last stand as the hollows surrounded them.

Asuna smiled wickedly as leaves began to fall around her. standing up she rushed to join Vi in facing caius, both blades brandished in an offensive stance.

Violet hardly really believed that would work, she just wanted to get up and close to him. With her attack deflected with a blade she was sure wasn't there before, she jumps away from his counter to land a few feet in front of him, her blade with its spiny red petals guarding her ready hand and her form taking a skilled stance. She hadn't studied it for long, but she did fence for a bit.

She produced a paper fan by a flick of her hand, it was hidden in a strap on her wrist and it only looked like magic where his had been marvelous. She relaxed as she snapped it open and fanned herself casually. She only needed to glance about to confirm hollows approaching her and her men like a pack of wolves for a very desirable meal. "Well.. This is not how I expected to meet the man of my dreams.." She said, fanning herself despite how cold it was.

The members of the quincy squad she'd lead up here were still working to get into place, stalled by the hollows that were protecting the leader of his hollow army, but they were quick to cut those down as well, slicing through the enemies. She bit her lip behind her fan, she had hoped he hadn't been as protected.

She was in the middle of deciding what needed to take priority here when a cold wind blew through, almost taking her fan with it and causing her to shut her eyes and shiver. When she looked up there were suddenly trees breaking up the battlefield and creating new obstacles. Because they were of ice, she could only guess this was the shinigami captain's doing. But there was a benefit, as well as a very unsettling coffin with an ice sculpture of Asuna in it that was also modified by the move. She was still fanning herself idly at this point, and noticed the leaves starting to fall..

More importantly, that the leaves were transparent and that they sliced into the hollows and the Quincy with no way of differentating between enemy and foe. She found one getting much too close, and waved it off without hesitation. She could hear the faintest whisper of the forest, and she tried to will it to keep from harming her and her allies. Achieving this with a thought.

The quincy didn't stand still to be cut by these leaves or by the hollows. They all knew their mission, and so while the leaves made pin cushions of the hollow, they used hirenkyaku to leave after images to keep the lesser hollows busy while they moved into place around the bigger target. With a knowing nod, they began to use the Sprenger Rush as their half competent leader planned them to do. All while sepressing the urge to sneeze as best as they could, if only by keeping the sneezes to a limited volume. It has made the fight more difficult, but it has also given them openings at the most opportunistic moments. It was a fluke, but it was a fluke they were willing to take heavy advantage of because the monsters they were fighting would if they didn't.  

As they moved into place, Violet decided they still needed the distraction. She wasn't sure a dance was appropriate, but she had to do something. She crossed her fingers mentally before bringing out her fan instead of her sword. She fanned the area, once, twice, and at the third several sakura blossoms floated into the air to drift among the snow and the leaves. She swung her arm wide and the pink petals followed along it. She moved slowly, but with purpose, backing up until she felt the ice cold bark of a tree against her back, fanning her path and letting the flowers move silently towards Caius and his straggling hollow entourage.

The sneezing hollows wouldn't stand much of a chance against this, but she hoped the petals had a more impact on him than her pollen which still hung in the air in dim will-o-wisps. In fact, it was all so pretty, and she was in her element despite being in the middle of a battle. She slide along the bark, keeping her back against the ice and feeling just the tiniest bit melt against her hot back. All the while she was waving her fan like a baton in front of a full orchestra, occasionally twisting her wrist. Trailing behind her were her hypnotizing petals. The light weighted plant matter floated unnaturally upwards instead of to the ground, mingling with the snow and pollen lights.

She then, with quick foot work not traditional to the dance but allowed, she jumped to the next tree. She was not sure if they could see her through the tree, but it was not a problem as she was simply swirling along icy bark's circumference and waving more petals into sight. She was using her environment as best she could, and while it was not ideal, it was making her look SO good. She was sure he was falling in love with her as she continued to spread her sakura blossoms as she aimed to put those that were of little threat to sleep. While she only hoped her suggestive message to sleep reached and hindered the male arrancar's ability to defend against the attack, or at least made him drop one of the scariest cero she's witnessed.

And while she distracted, the Seele Schneiders were finishing up the prep, and releasing their Sprenger on the hollow in the middle of their pentagram, focusing on Caius specifically, but not ignoring the trash that got trapped in it as they release the attack!

Sakura Blossoms Dance:

Caius continued to grow more and more irritated with every passing moment in this display of absolute chaos that has unfolded around him. Swarming in against him were the Shinigami from before, with the daring captain leading them. And as if on cue, a forest of icy trees sprouted up around him, whose leaves stung lightly and seemed to make his blood chill. Then, to add to that, the sudden shock of having an intense explosion under one's feet, burning into him with the familiar reiatsu of several hollows. All the while a green nymph danced in and around the trees and falling white leaves, blowing sakura leaves into his face. Petals which, somehow, strung at his thoughts and the witless minds of the countless hollows around him. Everything was far too chaotic and must be quelled.

Though the Quincy's tactic caught him off-guard and the sakura leaves irritated him further, the cero only flickered and reached its peak size shortly after. Through the smoke and melting ice, Caius stood there defiant and bore a cold anger towards these impudent challengers. Violet energy and flame exploded around him and shot outward, incinerating the hollows immediately around him in his now boundless grudge against his opponents.

"I lack the patience to deal with you two any longer." Caius spat with a condescending, cold tone that reverberated through the violet energy. "I tire of this fiasco you have conjured up." He seemed to phase out momentarily, using a sonido to rush through the icy wind and up above the forest with his menacing orb of energy. "So I will wipe this slate clean." He seethed with anger as he released his hold on the cero, his reiatsu swatting away a vain attempt by the kido squad to bind him with beams of yellow energy. The orb which floated just above him flickered again and then spun in place, a massive white swirl forming within the malevolent black orb, Then, it surged forth to the snowy forest and its occupants below, whirling rapidly as it screamed with anguish and fury.

Cero Pesadilla (Superior):

Asuna watched as the fool sonidoed through the falling leaves of her frozen forest, she had hoped that this had made even more tiny cuts on his body, but she didnt take time to analyze it with the screaming cero charging towards the ground She knew if she had any chance at engaging this hollow in close combat this was it. with the cero now farther away than it had been the immidiete danger of it was slightly lessened opening a small windo of opertunity to strike. Leaping up with a shunpo guided step she found herself standing behind him sliding her katana into its sheath and grabbing the kusagari at her hip as with her long blade she struck at the hollow's soul sleep and soul chain areas with a well placed Senka.

Senka:

Without waiting to see if she hit, she spun around whipping her kusagari around hoping to add further insult to injury.

Below her, the cero rocketed towards the men of the 11th squad who could do nothing but watch its approach.

Violet was actually saddened by the man leaving in his fit of rage, despite him completing his death ray in a way. But at least he left her something to remember him by, but not without trying to take even that away.. She sliced through the air, waving  several leaves away from her harmlessly. The falling of them were getting thicker, except around her. Not that they weren't falling upon her, just not as aggressively, implying her Nymph's prayer was answered. They were falling down on the quincy and the immobile and hypnotized hollows. She took this all in in a matter of moments before she heard the screaming high into the air coming closer. She waved away some more of the leaves and then with the hollow's attention she directed them towards the cero that would also wipe them out if he succeeded. "Ready, Aim, FIRE!" She instructed, and the group all around her and the spent quincy lifted their heads, arms, and various other limbs as they took aim. Then all at once the large group charged the most basic cero, and then launched it directed at the screaming mass of energy above them. She hoped the Sharpshooters and the Kido mages would aid the process in any way that they seem fitting, as she produced another fan from her person. "You guys, get out of here. You've done your jobs well." She said the quincy, and as they moved carefully to escape the forest she wished them luck.

She closed her eyes and took in the forest with her senses, and she could see the safest patch out of the forest, and mentally she prayed for the forest to be kind to her before she uses her speed and her fans to dance through this path. And even though they were tight on time, she decided she'd best recruit more hollows. Her petals floated behind her in her wake, and rendered most of the hollows that would delay her escape harmless as she commanded them with her hypnotism to save themselves by shooting down the cero. She would have added the cute arrancar to the list, but it was easier to suggest thing that the normally would agree with. She had no idea what the influence of the commander had been worth.

For every 20 steps using the fans to blow the leaves out of her way and dodging what she could, she had the unfortunate experience of getting sliced by one or two of the leaves. She was working as quickly as she could while doing her dance, finding the idea of destroying the ear splitting cero more favorable than dodging the poisonous blades of flora. And only after she was cut a few times did she realize what it was doing to her. She tried everything to keep them from slowing her down too much as she tried to escape the forest all together. She didn't risk the flash step technique, afraid that she'd be forced to stop in mid stride. And the embarrassment of tripping was greater threat than the daunting cero.

It took a moment for the suggestion to hit the freshly hypnotized hollows, but they added their cero to the force of trying to destroy or redirect the screaming cero. Violet hoped to force it back on Caius, and only regretted not getting his name.
