Takusen II: The Revampening!

Aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaalrighty then. Those of you reading this, please read the next sentence carefully.
Contain thy excitement!

I am not 100% convinced about continuing, but I'm strongly considering it. If I do, I shall continue with the Takusen idea, but it will require some cuts, redos, and etc. This process may take some time, I have a lot I have to go over, so don't expect a miracle over night, as I have real life as well and other friends I want to keep up with, not just this as a hobby.

That being said, here's the deal:

• The Takusen story, backgrounds, personalities, etc of the characters will be modified.
  
  
• With the loss of certain key characters at certain times, Keyno, Kyousuke, Lee (Not mourning that loss, tbh), and others, character stories up to this point will have to be tweaked or rewritten entirely.
  
  
• Frankly, with the whole fiasco with the Resurrection site, I'm going to scrap everything that happened after Aizen's fall. I will time skip to about a year or two after the war against Aizen. If there's stuff to be filled in with character interactions and such, feel free to pitch that out here or talk amongst yourselves to resolve it.
  
  
• If we miss or forget a side-story arc, here's what you do: Forget it. It won't be missed.
  
  
• The Takusen story that you might have been told at some point will be retinkered. Some parts were convoluted, others, too simple, and there were plot holes that needed to be filled in. The new story will, hopefully, be a more original piece from me.
  
  
• I am not entirely convinced that the previous bullet point will result in truth or just wishful thinking.
  
  
• I will probably start with a minor arc that leads into the main one. Likely with the revival of an old favorite character of mine. You'll like him. He's literally death incarnate. Great guy.
  
  
• Because we have so few members at the moment, and I'm expecting about five or six at most, if you wish to do a new character entirely, feel free. I will probably give new characters an accelerated start to get them to a certain minimum level of ability so that most are on the same page.
  
• Elaboration: This will apply retroactively. New characters will start at rank 8, and will be accelerated to rank 12 by the completion of part 1.
  
  
• Friends of friends are invited, if they want in. Just make sure they know what they're doing...
  

If you have any further questions, feel free to ask. If you have suggestions, offer them up, I'll shoot them down when I can. Understand that this process will, again, take some time and doing and will not be ready within the week or even the next probably. Don't get overhyped.

Furthermore, for all interested, please reply to this topic with the character you'll use and their race. Mostly this is just for me to keep things organized and plan a bit.

Alrighty, so, I would like to begin the storyline by the end of the week. Likely Saturday or Sunday, though next week for certain if not on either of those days.

I will be the head director of this lovely adventure, with Rizu and Ruby serving as support as necessary, probably for minor characters and some canon ones (however many of those we have left). So, any questions about the story should probably go to me.

Any currently running storylines may continue, though will likely not be considered as occurring in the same timeline as this storyline, thanks to the already established tomfoolery with time cutting and skipping as described in the first post I made. Any exp earned in those threads is still valid, just don't create more runoff story arcs outside of the timeline we're working in. And, again, the multiple threads per character rule applies (1 thread, 1 character). Ask questions if you need to.

Aside from that, please have your characters set up as you desire and approved (only if necessary and probably by me) by the end of the week. We're not going to be all that stringent on rules, but still gotta get that done.
